Jason Stiles has been serving the Lean community since 1995, when he joined Stiles Associates as manager of all research. In his various roles since then, he has helped grow the firm to its current stature and greatly increased the scope and depth of our ties to outstanding Lean talent. Through the years, Jason has completed every type of assignment from Kaizen Leader to CEO and brings to each assignment an unmatched level of understanding for position requirements, candidate dynamics, and ultimately our clients' needs. In his current role as the Operations Manager in charge of all search activity, Jason makes sure every assignment meets the high standards our clients have come to expect.
Jason's success is built on his proven ability to discover and recruit executives with exceptional understanding of the Toyota Production System. Through his own involvement in Kaizens and plant tours, Jason has developed a functional knowledge of Lean Manufacturing that he bolsters through ongoing interviews and conversations with the country's leading practitioners and experts. He is an active proponent in the colonization of Lean enterprise systems in the U.S and Europe and has assisted several major organizations in the introduction of Lean principles through strategic guidance and introductions to some of the country's most experienced and prominent Lean thinkers.
Jason Stiles graduated from Elon College in North Carolina with a BS in History and a minor in Psychology. He is also an active member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence.
