Sabine Fischer's multi-industry experience has been instrumental to her success in the executive search field. Having formerly held positions with both healthcare and manufacturing organizations, she is uniquely qualified to assist cross-industry clients build Lean management teams. To date, she has successfully completed numerous senior management level assignments in a variety of functional areas and has been actively involved in all facets of the search process.

Additionally, Sabine has led the continuous improvement efforts at Stiles Associates. Under her direction, search process refinements have been implemented that decrease project turnaround time while increasing overall client satisfaction. As with all Kaizen activities, this is an ongoing process.

Prior to her career in executive search, Sabine worked as a telesales Team Developer at Oxford Health Plans. Sabine began her professional career with Polycast Technology, Inc., a leading manufacturer of cell-cast acrylic products.

Sabine is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Western Connecticut University. She holds a BA degree in Communications/Human Relations and a minor in Psychology.
