THE POSITION

The Senior Vice President of Operations is the enterprise operations leader who raises performance through influence and partnership. This is an opportunity to shape and build the operations function for a growing platform and to put a lasting stamp on how the company runs. Success will be measured by the ability to drive efficiency, productivity, and operational consistency across a complex, multi-site footprint, while strengthening the partnership between operations and the field.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute an enterprise operations strategy that standardizes process and shares best practice across the network.
• Integrate acquired businesses onto a common operating system, consolidating sites and standardizing operations across the platform.
• Establish the plant-level metrics (safety, quality, delivery, cost), cadence, and operating discipline that bring consistency and visibility to performance.
• Lead the company's Lean and continuous improvement agenda across both manufacturing and distribution.
• Build and develop a high-performing operations team, growing bench strength and capability across the function.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Fifteen-plus years of progressive operations leadership experience across complex, multi-site manufacturing and/or distribution environments.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Lean and continuous improvement, with a record of building or transforming operational excellence programs.
• Proven success integrating acquired businesses onto a common operating system and leading change across a matrixed, regional field organization.
• Financial fluency to influence P&L owners, including comfort with cost, margin, and capital decisions.
• A people-first leader who builds trust and respect and develops talent across the organization.
