THE POSITION

The VP will be a transformational leader responsible for driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and margin enhancement across its manufacturing, assembly and fulfillment operations. The person will oversee all production, scheduling, quality, procurement, project management and logistics functions, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution while fostering a collaborative, people-centric culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead all manufacturing, assembly, fulfillment, quality and procurement functions, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable operations.
• Drive year-over-year efficiency improvements (minimum 2%) in plant labor, set-up times and machine utilization.
• Optimize labor management and fulfillment operations, targeting 5% cost improvements in the first 12 months.
• Champion Lean transformation and continuous improvement across all operational areas.
• Build a metrics-driven accountability system with clear KPIs, ensuring alignment with EBITDA and customer satisfaction goals.
• Lead facility and infrastructure planning to support long-term growth and scalability.
• Partner with IT and leadership to advance a 24-month systems roadmap, consolidating applications and leveraging automation.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including full P&L responsibility.
• Strong Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement pedigree; Six Sigma certification a plus.
• Four-plus years of experience in corrugated packaging, retail displays or fulfillment operations preferred.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or fast-paced, growth-oriented businesses is desirable.
• Proven success driving year-over-year efficiency and margin improvement in manufacturing operations.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results.
• Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
