As a Partner and Vice President, Ted Stiles specializes in senior-level assignments for clients in the manufacturing, healthcare and service industries. These include C-level and Senior Global VP assignments in a broad range of functional areas: operations, Lean transformation, supply chain, quality, finance and more.

Ted has led critical assignments for a wide range of organization types including large, publicly traded companies to small privately held, family-run businesses. He’s worked across all manufacturing sectors and on behalf of non-manufacturing organizations in other industries including healthcare, professional services and governmental agencies.

He’s spoken on the topic of Lean Leadership at Shingo Prize and AME events, and has been a guest lecturer to Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business Lean Master’s program.
